Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at I'LL SPOT YOU. The following terms constitute our Shipping Policy.
All orders are processed within 72 hours. Orders may not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return Policy Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange.
All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return. For the return address, please contact us.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 21 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact to arrange a refund or exchange. Please Note: Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
